THE LIBRARY CONSORTIUM consisting of the following libraries: T&F COMBINES ST & SSH LIBRARIES Taylor & Francis Social Science & Humanities and Science and Technology Library (SSH) PROJECT MUSE JOURNAL PREMIUM COLLECTION AMS MATHSCINET MUSE JOURNALS PROQUEST STATISTICAL ABSTRACT OF THE UNITED STATES DIGITAL LOEB CLASSICAL LIBRARY SAGE PREMIER ALL ACCESS Taylor and Francis WALDO fee Sage Participation fee This Sources Sought Notice is to see if their are vendors capable of fufilling the requirement of providing access to the WALDO library consortium.

The intent is to Sole Source IAW Far 13-106-1(b) This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 05 January 2024 by 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Shawn.m.valastro.civ@army.mil
