Based on the responses to this sources sought notification/market research, this requirement may be set aside for small businesses, in full or in part, or procured through full and open competition, and multiple awards MAY be made. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The contractor shall conduct a change of engine oil and filters. The contractor shall provide a 92-day maintenance inspection and oil/filter services for two GP40 locomotives. This maintenance will be conducted in accordance with all HAZMAT, safety and environment regulations associated with onsite locomotive maintenance operations. Upon completion, the contractor shall provide certification of completion for the oil/filter changes and inspections.
