The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB or RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry (GPE) for additional information pertaining to this requirement. PSC: R405 Support - Professional: Operations Research/Quantitative Analysis NAICS: 541614 Process, Physical Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services where Operations Research Consulting Services are the corresponding index entry. 1. Firms are requested to submit a Statement of Capability in response to this request for information which will be the basis for the Government's decision as to the need for small-business or other set-asides. 2. The Statement of Capability must describe in detail the firm's capability to provide the services indicated in the Draft Performance Work Statement. 3. The Statement of Capability must address the questions outlined in the attachment Technical Questions for Small Business Vendors.pdf 4.
