## Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform full-service maintenance and repair services to VTE at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA. JBLM has designated these services as a Mission Essential Function as defined in FAR 252.237-7023(a)(2).
