Five-year extended warranty (15SEPT26-14SEPT31) The contractor must conduct a system survey for all 20 PLFS units to assess current hardware and operational deficiencies. The contractor must perform technology refreshes, including all necessary hardware upgrades and repairs, to bring systems to current operational standards. The contractor must provide a 5-year extended warranty for all upgraded systems, covering labor, repairs, and replacements for failures due to defective material or workmanship. The contractor must provide periodic courseware updates aligned with TC 3-22.40 Army qualification standards at no additional cost under the warranty agreement. Clean up after Servicing: The Contractor must remove all trash, debris, or surplus materials from the work site during and at the end of each workday and must leave the work site clean of all debris when work is completed. Project completion for the Project is estimated to be 30 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), which includes travel, staging, execution, and quality assurance. Government Materials – No Government-furnished materials are provided. The Contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, materials, and PPE. The Contractor may request approval to use GSA or other Government supply sources if needed. Inspection: The Contractor must notify the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) no later than two (2) days prior to starting work on each MMTS or major system phase. Warranties: The Contractor must provide a warranty of one (1) year on workmanship for all labor performed.
