## Description

The United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Fort Liberty, North Carolina, has a requirement to procure Education Support Services required by Army Continuing Education System (ACES). These services will be provided within (14) fourteen education offices located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), to include Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
