## Description

The purpose of this sources sought is to perform market research to identify Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) that have technical capabilities and expertise in creating communications plans, technical solutions, technical analysis, and the ability to support the execution of telecommunications modernization, sustainment, resilience, and integration initiatives at military installations.
