## Description

Range Training Land Program (RTLP) has a requirement for Line of Sight (LOS) engineering support software. RangeSight is a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software used by civil engineers in designs, to analyze, and validate LOS for live-fire training ranges. It is a key component for civil engineers for design validation by integrating with tools from Bentley (DGN) and Autodesk (DWG), ensuring seamless compatibility across platforms and is intended to be purchased on a sole source basis from Poly Inc.
