## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center (HNC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for energy management services. The purpose of this acquisition is to award for Fort Rucker, AL, a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) with a period of performance that shall not exceed 25 years.
