## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Huntsville Center (HNC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for energy management services. The purpose of this acquisition is to award for the 99th U.S. Army Reserve Readiness Division (USARRD), Boston, MA, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC) with a period of performance that shall not exceed 25 years.
