## Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared inaccordance with the information in RFO Subpart 12.2, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

The Corps Water Management System is the Army Information System (AIS) that supports and enhances the decision-making process for the USACE water management mission. USACE is responsible for round-the-clock monitoring and operation of approximately 600 reservoir, lock and dam, and other water control projects. Services to be performed include:

• Get infrastructure stood up in CWBI Cloud environment • Update UI based on feedback from existing usage • Meeting participation and notes • Various required maintenance tasks ALL QUESTIONS AND PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. CMMC is not applicable to this requirement See the Combined Synopsis-Solicitationand Performance Work Statement for Additional Information.

Amendment 001 is to correct the proposal submission instruction and evaluation criteria. See the revised CSS and additional attachment for submission instructions and evaluation criteria.

Amendment 002 is to correct the solicitation to reflect it is a Total Small Business set-aside and to correct the submission instructions.

Amendment 003 is to provide answers to questions and revisions to both the CSS and the submission instructions.
