This is a follow on W81K04-21-C-0009 awarded to Cognito Systems LLC. The Contractor shall provide eighteen (18) full-time equivalent (FTE) certified Athletic Trainers (ATs) and six (6) Lead Athletic Trainers (Lead ATs) who meet all Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) credentialing standards. Contractor personnel shall provide embedded athletic training services to the following military installations: Installation Cluster 1 (Korea): Combat Aviation Brigade, 2d Infantry Division Installation Cluster 2 (Korea): 210th Field Artillery Brigade Installation Cluster 3 (Korea): Camp Carroll Installation Cluster 4 (Korea): Camp Humphreys Installation Cluster 5 (Korea): Osan Air Base Installation Cluster 6 (Guam) THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT – This is a Sources Sought Notice and is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future.
