The contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, labor, supervision, and preventative maintenance necessary to deliver continuous, uninterrupted service. The core performance requirements are to deliver water meeting specific purity standards and to respond to emergency on-site repair requests within 24 hours. Please reference the attached Performance Work Statement for full details. The contract will consist of one (1) twelve-month Base Period and four (4) twelve-month Option Periods.
