## Description

Inent to sole source requirment for service and maintenance of Fink Hyperbaric Chamber equipment. Fink Hyperbaric Chamber quarterly service and maintenance of equipment and upgrades. The Hyperbaric Chamber maintenance will include inspection, preventive maintenance, calibration verification, and scheduled parts replacement. The services and maintenance shall include upgrades, repair parts, software and hardware upgrades as required to update the system to current applicable standards.
