The Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) recommends all Military Health Systems use the Recommended Uniform Screening Panel (RUSP) when procuring newborn metabolic screening tests. Pursuant to 13 CFR l25.2(e)(6)(i) all Army Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) are required to use this program under the MEDCOM Regional Commands.
