## Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office- West (MRCO-W) intends to issue a sole source award to Sysmex America, Inc. located at 577 Aptakisic Rd, Lincolnshire, IL 60069-4325 for the continuation of procuring reagents for XN10 analyzers for fully automated Hematology system on Red and White cell count testing. The Sole Source Justification is attached. This Special Notice of Intent is NOT a request for a competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation is NOT available.

The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government anticipates a firm- fixed price award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325413- In Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, Size Standard, 1,250 employees.
