The U.S. Government currently intends to award a base plus four one year options service contract to provide on-site maintenance support services for the Government Owned Hologic Mammography Dimensions 3D Performance System, Airfirm Breast Biopsy System, and Affirm Lateral Army Upright Biopsy. Evans Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson, CO, is seeking vendors that may be able to provide all resources, labor, travel, transportation, parts, materials, equipment, and management necessary to keep the medical equipment in good operating condition and to perform all scheduled/ unscheduled maintenance of the equipment in this requirement to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all small socioeconomic category to participate if able. The proposed action is for Firm Fixed Price contract with Time and Materials line item for repairs. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future.
