Is your company able to source new or reconditioned OEM parts for the equipment referenced above? Does your company have the capability/personnel to adhere to the following response/completion time frames: Must respond by telephone within four (4) hours during normal duty hours/days and within six (6) after normal duty hours/days. Repairs must be completed within three (3) working days of telephonic notification of malfunction. Contractor shall provide a plan for service coverage if less than two (2) personnel are trained on the equipment. The plan describes and ensures the Government is not without service support for more than one day (i.e., coverage during technician illnesses, vacations, terminations, and /or strikes).
