The Government will not pay for information or comments provided and will not recognize any cost associated with the submission of responses or comments. **PROJECT DESCRIPTION:** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking information on potential sources that have the capability to provide maintenance and dredging services to the New Buffalo Harbor Dredging, Berrien County, Michigan. Contractor is expected to mobilize dredge to Buffalo Harbor and dredge between the specified upstream and downstream limits and place material in the Water Quality Certification-(WQC) approved sites as shown on the plans to be provided in forthcoming solicitation. Contractor will demobilize when dredging work is completed. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement for this requirement. Based on the responses to this Sources Sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted nor acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. **Instructions:** If you desire to participate in the market research, please complete the attached Sources Sought Survey and return to the primary point of contact listed below.
