Program Description: The BOAST program is a strategic initiative designed to provide an efficient and flexible method for acquiring a wide range of Class IX supplies. These BOAs will cover a broad range of Class IX parts, as defined in DoD Joint Publication (JP) 4-09, Distribution Operations. These parts include repair parts and components including kits, assemblies and subassemblies, and reparable and consumable items required for maintenance support of all Army equipment, excluding medical-peculiar repair parts.
