Deployed Medicine is built on and managed with the Capillary platform - a proprietary code base owned by Allogy, LLC. Allogy is the sole owner of Capillary and does not provide, update, or distribute this code base through any third party. The Medical Simulation and Training Program Management Office (MST PMO) are in need to continue sustainment of the Deployed Medicine platform (formerly known as Joint Trauma and Education Training Delivery Platform (JTETDP)) for the next five (5) years. Services required by MST PMO include management of the platform, software configuration control, software sustainment, providing content update, cloud hosting services, and technical/help desk support as well as incorporating new capabilities into the platform, as required. No Solicitation or Marketing Materials shall be submitted. Any response submitted for this synopsis constitutes consent for that submission to be reviewed by military personnel, Government civilians, and associated support contractors who are regulated. No information will be disclosed outside DHA. DHA will not provide feedback to any information submitted.
