## Description

SEE ATTACHED RFI Research and development support a requirement to develop intervention software on the Qualtrics platform that shall evaluate the effectiveness of a military-specific personalized normative feedback intervention to not only reduce problematic alcohol use but also reduce problematic behaviors associated with alcohol use (e.g., domestic violence, depression, and suicide).

This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice is for market research information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of USAMRD-W or the US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA). This market research is seeking sources only that have knowledge and capabilities to provide Research and Development to develop intervention software on the Qualtrics platform.
