## Description

SEE ATTACHED RFI Research and development support to develop the framework and iterations of the Reconnecting to Internal Sensations and Experiences for Uniformed Personnel (RISE UP) intervention. This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) Notice is for market research information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of USAMRD-W or the US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA).

This market research is seeking sources only that have knowledge and capabilities to provide Research and Development to support the RISE UP intervention and develop the software required to run the intervention study on the Qualtrics platform. The NAICS code for this requirement 541720 – Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities. Only capability statements and/or fact sheet will be accepted.
