International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025:2017 Accreditation for LAB's Industrial Hygiene (IH) Sample Analysis Program. Laboratory Accreditation is required to meet the requirements of Army Regulation (AR) 40-5 and Department of the Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 40-11 as well as federal regulations. B. Delivery of IH Proficiency Testing (PT) samples for metals and organics in air, wipes for gravimetric methods, and organics on diffusive samplers. To maintain accreditation for the DCPH-A LAB’s IH program, the DCPH-A LAB must purchase IH PT testing. C Delivery of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved Environmental Lead PT samples for paint chips and wipes. To maintain the Environmental Lead accreditation under the National Lead Laboratory Accreditation Program (NLLAP), the DCPH-A LAB must purchase testing services. Accreditation to NLLAP is a requirement by the 40 CFR Part 745. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is R420, Support- Professional: Certifications and Accreditations (other than educ or info tech C&A).
