## Description

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, IAW 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) to Beckman Coulter Inc, 250 S Kraemer BLVD, Brea, CA 92821, as the only responsible source that can provide the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), with pre- and post-analytical specimen processing instrumentation systems that meet the Governments needs. This contract will also include the prenventive maintenance and consumables for the proper functioning of the systems.
