The other IT Certified Professionals should have Security+ or CASP/SecurityX certification and minimum 3 years experience supporting RMF lifecycle reporting and software/hardware reconciliation. Specifically, the one surge position for Top Secret effort must have minimum 3 years supporting the lifecycle documentation for Top Secret environments.
