## Description

**Bottled Water Supply Services at Aberdeen Proving Ground:** The requirement consists of natural spring water supplied in 5-gallon, 1-gallon, and 0.5-liter containers, along with recurring and emergency delivery services. These items are standard commercial products commonly distributed by regional and national bottled water suppliers.

The specifications outlined in the requirement?including non-shatter plastic 5-gallon bottles, sanitized bottle-neck seals, and BPA-free containers when available are consistent with features already offered by commercial vendors and do not necessitate non-commercial manufacturing processes or custom modifications. Natural spring water is a standard commercial commodity, and multiple brands meet the requirement for equal or superior quality.
