The Clinisy’s software required is tailored to DEVOCOM-CBC Environmental Monitoring Laboratory (EML) infrastructure. The software is required for the proper operation of laboratory equipment that conducts time sensitive health and safety monitoring for chemical agent operations at CBC and other field locations. Clinisy’s Inc is the only manufacturer that provides a product that meets the specific technical requirements, system configurations, data manipulations, report formats and system compatibility characteristics required by DEVCOM-CBC. No other software solution can meet the Government's need without unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirement and/or substantial developmental costs. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 513210 and the business size standard is $47,000,000.00. The posting date of this requirement is 01 July 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
