## Description

The C5ISR Center is interested in receiving information regarding SoOP technologies that can be utilized as an alternative source of PNT when GPS is contested. We are particularly interested in the use of LEO constellations due to recent proliferation, as well as the higher power at the receiver, but may also be interested in non-space-based transmitters. Signals that enable a low size, weight, power and cost (SWAP-C) dismount hardware solution are especially interesting.
