## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is PANAPG-24-P-0000-001410 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is requesting a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) ObjectAda and ApexAda License and Support Renewals.

This effort is in support of the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) Software License Acquisition Branch in support of Communications Command, Control and Communications-Tactical (C3T) Directorate Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) – Common Tier 1 (CT1), and AN/GSC-52 Modernization (52-Mod) systems. C3T, EKMS, CT1, and 52 MOD requires the procurement of PTC ObjectAda and ApexAda license and support renewal to update their source code and recompile it.

Additionally, ongoing and continuous support is required for infrastructure support and the Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) security suite. The effort will consist of subscription periods with an anticipated award date of 23 July 2024. The subscription periods per product are listed in the table below. It is the Government’s intent to make a sole source award under the authority FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1), sole source (including brand name).

The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 513210-Software Publishers. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7A21. The RFQ for this requirement is PANAPG-24-P-0000-001410 and quotations are due within (5) business days of this notification, no later than 1530 EST on 25 June 2024. Product Descriptions – This requirement is for the purchase of PTC ObjectAda and ApexAda License and Support Renewal.
