## Description

Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii is seeking a qualified vendor to provide remote help desk support for Joint Range Extension (JRE) Tactical Integrated Gateway Radio (TIGR) systems currently installed on two (2) Army Logistics Support Vessels (LSVs). This support will cover existing systems and is not for new procurements. The JRE TIGR system unit is identified by hardware part number 50690-1 (3U), and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) part number 15206-22. The requirement encompasses troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of technical issues related to the operation and maintenance of these systems via remote support.

**Contract Type:**

**Firm Fixed Price Period of Performance:** Base year plus four option years.
