## Description

This RFI is solely for market research purposes and does not constitute as a solicitation. This RFI in no way binds the US Government to any contract actions or obligations. There is a requirement to tow a vessel from Darwin, Australia to Yokohama, Japan. The need is now and the Army desires to tow the vessel within the week.
