The resulting contract requires the Contractor to furnish all project management, design services, pre-installation site surveys, freight and delivery, removal and lawful disposal of existing furniture, assembly, installation, and final acceptance testing, with all proposed pricing fully burdened to include all freight, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, and ancillary services required to deliver fully operational workspaces. The period of performance consists of a 120-calendar-day base period after contract award followed by one (1) six-month option period for optional additional work.
