## Description

The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Air Compressor Systems within USAG Wiesbaden. The contract will consist of a eight (8) month base and two (2) 12-month options. Proposed performance start date is on or about 20 September 2024. Solicitation will be issued on or about 28 August 2024. A site visit will be planned beginning of September.

The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.Sam.gov. Intended Quoters should note that the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. This Document is being provided for planning purposes only and subject to change. All documents in the issued solicitation, and subsequent amendments, if applicable, will supersede this draft document.
