REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW ACC-APG, Tobyhanna Division is conducting market research to identify qualified sources (Small Business and Large Business) capable of providing scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency on-call repair services for forty (40) 400 Hz cycle converters at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Refer to the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed technical requirements.

**Anticipated Acquisition Strategy:** Single-Award Hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) for Preventative Maintenance and Time & Materials (T&M) for Emergency Repairs.

**Set-Aside Decision:** Results will determine whether this requirement will be set aside for Small Business (all categories) or solicited under Full and Open Competition. 2. **Technical Capability & Experience:** Demonstrated experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing 400 Hz cycle converters or equivalent industrial power systems. Ability to meet the mandatory 48-hour on-site emergency response requirement. Administrative/management structure for any proposed teaming or subcontracting arrangements.
