This is a pre-solicitation notice with the intent of engaging industry early to address any questions or concerns with the requirement before the official solicitation is released. All documents are subject to change but the basic requirement is not. There will be a TEAMS meeting scheduled for Thursday January 30th at 9am to address any questions or suggestions.
