The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services to provide groundwater and gas monitoring, and annual topographic surveying in Area B at the Fort Detrick Sanitary Landfill. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
