## Description

Preferred height for palm trees are 15-20 ft. Site visit is scheduled for Thursday 16 May 2024 at 11:00am. Partied interested in attending to site visit, please email below POCs NLT15 May 2024 16.00pm Questions and Answers from Site Visit: Do you know if there are any cables underneath or near the tree area on the ground? Such as pipes or electrical? Would you all be able to get those marked for us? It is unknown if there are any cables, piping, or electrical underneath the current areas.

The vendor is responsible for arranging utilities marking. The Government will not assume any liability for contractor performance. Regarding the size: when you say 15ft- 20ft in height Royal palms, do you mean the entire tree ? or Do you mean just the stem; bark portion. Trunk height as growers measure and price them. From soil line to the base of the upper most emerging leaf.
