DOE intends to award this requirement as a sole source to the American Physical Society (APS) for a one-year period. APS is the sole provider for access to the required online journals. The incumbent contractor shall provide the Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Science (SC) an online journal subscription for online access to the American Physical Society Journals listed below. Subscription is by calendar year. Access is restricted to the Office of Science. DOE is provided with a direct link to the website which is listed on the OSTI.gov website under the pulldown tab labeled research tools via the SCeJournals link button. This for the Office of Science and is not publically accessible. Subscription period is for the 2025 calendar year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 513120 - Periodical Publishers, with the size standard of 1,000 employees.
