The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services intends to award, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold for Simplified Acquisitions $250,000.00) a fixed price purchase order for a contractor to provide 463 each 24-gallon cube configurable containers (Trash, Recycle, Paper and Compost in support of CMS’s waste diversion efforts. The containers will be used in open floor areas throughout the headquarters complex. Detail information is provided in the attached Statement of Work. An award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation offers the lowest price and is technically acceptable. A purchase order award should be made within 3 - 5 business days of the RFQ response due date. Your quote should include the following additional information: 1. Company Name, Address 2.
