All work shall be in strict compliance with all applicable codes as adopted and modified by the state of New Mexico and all local building codes and ordinances. A site visit will be held on 15 June 2026 at 1000 MDT. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
