ORBIT provides a flexible, future-ready framework that will allow us to deliver integrated solutions with the speed and agility our mission demands. We look forward to leveraging this vehicle to drive organizational success and adapt to the challenges of an evolving operational environment.

\nWhile our original SWIFT IDIQ successfully established a foundation for rapid task initiation, our mission requirements have matured. We are now moving beyond siloed, platform-specific tasking to a model focused on continuous assembly, integration, and improvement of technical capabilities across the existing ICE environment. The name ORBIT represents this next stage of our technological maturity—a framework where Super Intelligence (SI), data, platforms, and collaboration are not managed in isolation, but are strategically integrated to support ICE’s broader operational mission.

\n\tCommitment to Continuity: A core objective of this transition is to preserve the continuity of our existing IT landscape. ORBIT fully incorporates the scope for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and ongoing enhancement activities for all products established under the legacy SWIFT vehicle.
