## Description

A Nutrition program (NIS) is being established at SANLHAF. The analytical methods AOAC 933.05, AOAC 989.05 and AOAC 938.06 require the Mojonnier Centrifuge and associated flasks to facilitate the sample preparation and analysis of fats. This equipment is needed to fulfill the establishment of the Nutrition program.
