## Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT, NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.

The Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 12.102(b), only one source being available to meet the Government's needs, to the Indian Small Business Economic Entity (ISBEE): RavenTek Solution Partners LLC 13900 Lincoln Park Dr STE 150 Herndon, VA 20171 The objective of this acquisition is to secure a one-year renewal of the existing Splunk cloud subscription environment and associated support services so that IHS can continue ongoing cybersecurity operations without disruption.
