National Institute of Standards and Technology Gaithersburg, MD Campus Central Utility Plant Modernization and Underground Utilities Replacement Program INDUSTRY DAY The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) will be conducting an onsite Industry Day focused on construction and construction related contracting opportunities planned for the Central Utility Plant and Utilities Program for the Gaithersburg, MD Campus.
