Detail information is provided in the attached Statement of Work and Deliverables. The period of performance will be for twelve months. Your response shall be no more than 5 pages and shall include the following: 1) Contractor’s plan to perform the Statement of Work; 2) and fully loaded labor rates. All responses will be evaluated using the following Evaluation Criteria: 1) Technical Understanding 2) Personnel Qualifications, 3) Management Approach and 4) Price (Base Year). An award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is the lowest price and is technically acceptable. Your response may be sent electronically in MS Word format or it can be submitted via mail in hard copy. Your quote should include the following additional information: 1. Company Name, Address 2.
