The CMS & HL7 FHIR Connectathon will support ongoing testing with internal and external stakeholders for the FHIR Implementation Guides (IGs) and Reference Implementations, and support testing of the FHIR specifications included in both the CMS Interoperability and Patient Access final rule (CMS-9115-F) and the CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization final rule (CMS-0057-F). The 2025 CMS & HL7 FHIR Connectathon will be a hybrid event on July 15-17, 2025 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 U.S.C. 2304, only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. A Justification and approval are currently being processed for this requirement. The estimated period of performance is for Date of Award – one year. Responses must be sent electronically in MS Word format to renee.wallaceabney@cms.hhs.gov on or before Tuesday, February 25, 2025, by 11:00 am EST. NAICS CODES: The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 611710. INTERESTED PARTIES: All Interested parties must be able to affirm no conflicts of interest with parties involved in Medicare claims processing considering the work identified in this Statement of Work.
