## Description

The United States Air Force has currently identfied a single source, Raytheon, that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements of the Non-Dedicated Radar Support contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) (only one source reasonably available) the USG intends to award a contract with an estimated award date of 27 September 2024. The period of performance (PoP) shall be from 30 September 2024 to 29 September 2025. Responses to this notice will assist a determination of whether it is in the best interest of the Government to proceed with a sole source award.
