However, this Task Order ends on 12/31/2024, and assistance is needed to complete the NuScale SMR review in 2025. Based on the NRC’s recent market research, Hambric Stephen is the only known way to acquire this technical assistance and is most effective to noncompetitively award to: Hambric Stephen 118 Westwood Rd Asheville, NC 28804-2243 The authority permitting this action is FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, because the estimated value of this acquisition does not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold and there is only one source that has been identified that can assist the NRC to review the dynamic (flow-induced vibration and seismic/transient) analysis and testing of the NuScale power module.
