\n\nUSSOCOM requires specialized, field-deployable Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), acoustic speech masking systems, radio-frequency (RF) spectrum analysis, and physical search instrumentation to support operational force protection, secure compartmented information facility (SCIF) sweeps, and counter-surveillance mission sets.
\n\nTHIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. A solicitation package will not be issued publicly.
\n\nHowever, any interested party that believes it can manufacture or supply identical equipment, or demonstrate an equivalent technical capability that satisfies USSOCOM's operational requirements without causing unacceptable delay or cost duplication, may submit a written capability statement.
